Refund Policy

Eligible claims

Refund review is limited to items that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the order. We do not offer change-of-mind or no-reason returns.

Thirty-day notice period

Contact us within 30 days after delivery. Include the order number, a clear description of the issue, and photographs or other reasonable evidence showing the item and packaging.

Review and resolution

Do not send anything back without authorization; unauthorized returns are not accepted. We review each claim and may request additional information. If approved, we will explain whether a replacement, refund, or another appropriate resolution applies. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, subject to normal processor timing.
